Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All products at Mellow Puff Shop are made to order 
(print-on-demand). Each item is custom-printed for you only 
after you place your order, which means production and shipping 
both take time. Please read this policy carefully so you know 
what to expect.

Production Time

After you place your order, production typically takes 3 to 10 
business days before your item is shipped. Production time is 
separate from shipping time.

During busy periods (holidays, sales, product launches), 
production may take longer. We will keep you updated by email 
if there are significant delays.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production)

Once your order has been produced and handed over to the 
shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are:

- Netherlands and EU: 5 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
- United States and Canada: 7 to 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 14 to 30 business days

Total Order Time (production + shipping)

Combining production and shipping, your full order may take:

- Netherlands and EU: 8 to 22 business days
- United Kingdom: 10 to 24 business days
- United States and Canada: 10 to 25 business days
- Rest of the world: 17 to 40 business days

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times 
may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, 
weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based 
on your delivery address, the items in your order, and the 
shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be shown 
before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number 
by email. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information 
to update after shipment.

Some carriers in certain regions provide more detailed tracking 
than others. If your tracking has not updated for several days, 
this does not necessarily mean your package is lost — it may 
simply be in transit between facilities.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import 
duties, VAT, or local taxes upon arrival in the destination 
country. These charges are determined by the destination 
country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the 
customer.

These charges are NOT included in your order total or shipping 
cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict 
their amount. Please check with your local customs office for 
more information before ordering.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs 
charges, our standard policy for returned packages applies (see 
"Returned Packages" below).

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and 
deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not 
responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or 
undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing 
your order. Once an order is placed and sent to production, the 
shipping address cannot be changed.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to our facility because:
- The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient could not be located
- The package was unclaimed at the post office
- Customs charges were refused or unpaid

...a refund of the product price only will be issued. Shipping 
costs are non-refundable. If you would like the order to be 
reshipped to a corrected address, this can be arranged at your 
own expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the maximum delivery 
window for your region, please:
- Verify your shipping address was correct
- Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post 
  office (packages are sometimes held for pickup)
- Wait an additional few days, as carriers occasionally update 
  tracking late

please refer to our Return Policy for full details on lost 
package eligibility and timeframes.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and 
shipped separately depending on the production facilities 
involved. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items 
may arrive at different times. This is normal and does not 
indicate a problem with your order.

Delivery Issues Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Holiday seasons or peak shipping periods
- Any other circumstances beyond our control

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, title and 
risk of loss passes to the customer.
